As Insight TV celebrates 10 years, Viktoriia Tkachenko steps up to lead global growth, innovation, and the company’s evolution into a next-generation, content-first media brand.

(29th July 2025AMSTERDAM) Insight TV, ​ premium global channel group, broadcaster and distributor, has formally announced the appointment of Viktoriia Tkachenko as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Since stepping into the role earlier this year, Viktoriia has been leading the company’s global strategy across content, channel development, and commercial partnerships.

Her appointment, effective since February, comes at a pivotal moment as Insight TV celebrates its 10-year anniversary, marking a decade of global channel development, original storytelling, and platform partnerships. The announcement also comes ahead of a major acquisition under Viktoriia’s leadership that is set to significantly expand Insight TV’s content and commercial footprint.

With a renewed focus on innovation, distribution, and international partnerships, Viktoriia’s leadership signals the beginning of a bold new chapter for the company.

In her previous role at Insight, Viktoriia led the companies business development and content distribution strategy, driving innovation across the company’s FAST and linear channels and laying the groundwork for future investments in AI-powered media operations.

Her appointment follows the departure of longtime CEO Rian Bester, who led the company through a decade of international growth.

As it enters its second decade, Insight TV is focused on scaling its global FAST footprint, expanding its content partnerships, and doubling down on data-driven channel growth. The company is now available in 60 countries on over 185 platforms in 12 languages, delivering premium content across FAST, linear, and digital platforms.
