(15 January 2025, AMSTERDAM)— Insight TV, the Amsterdam-based pioneering factual entertainment channel network, has launched a standalone dedicated Australian feed for its travel channel INTRAVEL, marking a strategic step in the company’s localisation and FAST expansion strategy.
INTRAVEL is available across key FAST platforms in Australia, including Samsung TV Plus, Fetch TV, and Kogan TV+. The introduction of a dedicated Australian feed on Kogan underlines Insight TV’s strategic approach to FAST, combining local market relevance with scalable global channel brands across leading platform partners.
The Australian feed features a curated slate of programming with strong local relevance, led by Khanh Ong’s Wild Food, fronted by Australian MasterChef finalist and food personality Khanh Ong, as he travels across Australia exploring local produce and regional cooking. The line-up is further strengthened by Roads Unknown: India, which follows Australian adventure rider Jess Zahra on an epic 5,000km motorbike journey across India, alongside locally resonant titles including Piri’s Tiki Tour Season 2 and Maximum Foodie Season 3. The schedule is complemented by premium international travel and food content, carefully selected to appeal to Australian audiences.
Lisette Schlippe, Global VP of FAST & Content, INSIGHT TV.

This approach reflects our wider FAST strategy, combining global scale with the flexibility to deliver locally curated channels where it adds real value”
INTRAVEL is part of Insight TV’s growing portfolio of factual entertainment channels, distributed globally across linear and FAST platforms, and is now available on more than 187 platforms in 63 countries worldwide, across 12 languages.
